Dr. Neil Goldberg

Neil was born
and raised in New York City. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook
graduating with honors. He moved to Highlands Ranch, Colorado and joined Academy Park Pediatrics in 2002. He became
a board certified pediatrician that same year following his residency training at Columbia University Babies and
Children's Hospital. When asked about his practice philosophy he says "I care for my patients as if they were
my own children".
Neil is an active fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and an active member
of the Arapahoe County and Colorado Medical Societies. He also enjoys educating future pediatricians as an
Assistant Clinical Professor at Denver Children's Hospital.
Neil has been married to his wife Kathy since
1998 and is pictured here with Kathy and their three children Madelyn, Sophie, and Benjamin.
Dr. Greg Arfsten

Greg is a native Coloradan, originally from
Longmont, now residing in Littleton with his wife Laurie, daughter Jennifer, and sons Sean and Samuel. He received his
medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine where he graduated with honors. Greg then completed
his pediatric residency at Denver Children's Hospital in 1993 and joined Academy Park Pediatrics as a board certified
pediatrician. His practice philosophy is to treat others as he would want to be treated. Everybody deserves
special care.
Greg is an active fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and an active member of the
Arapahoe County and Colorado Medical Societies. He also gets pleasure from educating future pediatricians
as an Associate Clinical Professor at Denver Children's Hospital.
Greg donates his precious time at the Denver
Inner City Health Center, Warren Village, and performing physical exams for participants of local Special
Olympics. He is pictured here doing the things he loves... volunteering on international medical missions, fly
fishing, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Stephen Nichalson
Steve was born in Newport, Rhode Island and now resides in Littleton. He received his medical degree from
the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Steve has been a board certified pediatrician since 1980,
the same year he finished his residency training at the University of California, San Diego. When asked
about his practice philosophy he states "To care for our patients and their families with the utmost compassion,
understanding and professionalism".
Steve is an active fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and
an active member of the Arapahoe County and Colorado Medical Societies. He also enjoys educating future pediatricians
as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Denver Children's Hospital. As a matter of fact, Dr. Goldberg was one of
Dr. Nichalson's former students.
Steve has been married to his wife Peggy (but won't disclose for how
long) and is pictured here with his sons Brandon, Ben, and David.

Dawn was raised in a military family so
she spent most of her early life moving from place to place. She finished high school and college in Colorado,
and is now happy to call it home. She received her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine
in 2005. She then completed her residency training in 2008 at the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical
Center. During her residency training she and her husband had two little boys, Bryce and Tyler. She moved to Highlands
Ranch in September 2008 and started working with Academy Park Pediatrics in October. Her practice philosophy is
to be a consultant for parents to help them guide their children through life so that they can reach their fullest potential.
She sees herself as a strong advocate for children. Dawn is a board certified pediatrician, an active fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and
an active member of the Arapahoe County and Colorado Medical Societies.

Dr. Pam Copp, a board certified pediatrician,
joined our practice in April 2010. Dr. Copp worked for Kaiser Permanente from 1989 until joining our group in 2010.
Pam is married with 2 daughters and spends time volunteering, watching DU hockey, weaving, reading and traveling with
her family. Pam earned her M.D. at Northwestern University in Chicago, did a residency at the University of Colorado
Medical Center Department of Psychiatry and her Pediatric residency at Loyola University in Illinois. Dr. Copp brings a wealth of experience and a deep sense
of joy and commitment to our practice. We are delighted to have Pam as part of our medical family.

Amanda
is native to Texas, but has spent most of her life in Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado
at Boulder and Majored in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology. Amanda’s desire to work with the pediatric
population started from an early age. She spent some time working as a Physical Therapy technician and
as a preschool teacher before starting a career as a Physician Assistant. She received a Masters degree
in Science and Physician Assistant studies form Pacific University of Oregon. Her coursework took her all
over the United States, including Oregon, Ohio, Nevada, Montana, and Colorado. Upon
finishing up her studies she moved back to Colorado and married her husband. The two of them, along with
their dog Sienna have settled in Arvada. Amanda has worked as a full time Physician
Assistant for Academy Park Pediatrics since November of 2008.
